Well maintaining a
healthy body is not that easy and not so difficult also. Always there is a need
to be healthy because unhealthy body will be attacked by many diseases.

 
  Here I will discuss about some tips which will help to have a
happy and healthy life.Most important tip is to have healthy food and eat them
at proper time. Foods are very important to human body.They provide energy that
isneeded for human in order to do daily activities. Besides that, its important
for growth and it supplies vitamins and minerals to repair any damage in human
skin and also prevent the body to get illnesses easily. We should eat a healthy
diet for the right reasons,rather than eating right solely for the
promise of looking better in our jeans, we should also make a commitment to
eating foods that will boost our energy level and keep our system running
smoothly. 

   The second thing I would
discuss in this essay but no less important is water. Water is a necessity for
all living things in this world and for us also, human could only survive in three days without drinking
water so it plays an important role throughout our life. Water is a natural
gift given to us by nature. Drinking water regularly in daily basis is the best
way we can give to our bodies. Some of us drink it when we are thirsty and some
of us drink it when we are fully hydrated. There are four fulfilling benefits
of drinking water to our bodies, such as it can speed up our metabolisms, make
our skins healthier, lose our weight, and stay alert. 

   The connection between
food and water makes us have what is called energy in our body, energy that
makes us move our muscles, talk and all the other things that we do. Without
energy all we would be useless not being able to do anything. As warm blooded
we can only digest food and function if our bodies are at a certain temperature
and have enough energy, and energy is required for this. We need energy to move
our muscles which also only operate when they are warm. So all these actions
require energy and this makes us understand how important it is to us.

   But not only that…To summarize let’s go back
to the main topic. Water, Food and Energy, in this essay the main purpose was
to explain that these three elements are super vital and the connection between
them is very necessary for us.Since a well-nourished and hydrated body brings
about an internal energy and a self-confidence that is very important for a
healthy life,also an expression is ‘Health above all’ and I think this is the
word that sums up all the interconnection of these three elements. The
conclusion is that the greatest gift you can give your family and the world is
a healthy you.
